We are looking for Account Executives who are used to a quota-driven environment and are ready to jump in and grow. You will be an important part of our sales team to identify, develop, and close new business. Ideally, you’ll be eager to advance by demonstrating personal drive to succeed while helping our customers accelerate their compliance projects. Responsibilities

  • Fuel our growth by driving potential new customer relationships via outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up and qualification.
  • Focus on converting generated pipeline to new business.
  • Manage opportunity velocity through discovery, demonstration, and final negotiation cycles.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and leadership potential.
  • Show a desire for professional growth and a willingness to learn.
  • Meet or exceed team and individual goals and quotas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous inside sales experience
  • Demonstrable results in developing new customers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build working relationships with customers
  • Ability to understand customer’s business objectives and sell our solutions and services.
  • Hunter mentality with the skillset to identify legitimate opportunities, provide basic qualification, and work deals to a close.
  • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing techniques and principles.
  • Strong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focus.
